If you’re feeling overwhelmed by physical or mental clutter, I can help – for over 20 years I’ve been helping people in all kinds of situations get better organized and be more productive.

I’ve spent years learning about and refining organizing and productivity principles and systems. I love being able to help folks find solutions to their space and work project challenges, and seeing them grow increasingly confident in their ability to be more organized and productive.

I can help you in this quest because I am:

  1. An experienced professional organizer and productivity coach. My organizing methods have been working for me and for clients for years. These methods are underpinned by formal training and a solid foundation of coaching and teaching experience. You’ll have way less stress working with me than by trying to organize on your own. And if you use my methods, you’ll see long-lasting results. The benefit for you: Helping you find your own solutions strengthens your organizing muscles.

  2. A problem-solver. If you tell me about a problem you’re having with a space or a work process, I can’t help but come up with ideas. The benefit for you: Solving problems is one of the key skills for successful organizing and productivity.

  3. A goal setter. I’ll help you figure out how to set and achieve goals. The benefit for you: Having clear-cut goals supercharges your organizing.

  4. A writer and curator of information. I provide additional resources through my blog and social media by posting thought-provoking articles and curating relevant and interesting information. The benefit for you: Information gives you power over your physical and mental clutter!

  5. Experienced in disciplines directly related to organizing and productivity. My 20-year career includes project management, executive coaching, corporate training, and facilitating team problem-solving. The benefit for you: I can get you on on the fast track to being organized.

VIRTUAL ORGANIZING & PRODUCTIVITY

With Virtual Organizing (VO) we become a virtual team and meet by video call and email. You get a written summary after each session so you know what you need to do next. Across the US and beyond. Saturday and evening sessions available (Pacific Time).

VO is a great option in any of these situations, where you:

  • Want to address either living space or work productivity issues

  • Are short on time, but have lots of determination

  • Have financial constraints

  • Are embarrassed by your home

  • Are able to lift or move belongings, or have someone who will help with this during our sessions

A bite-sized session to introduce you to the world of Virtual Organizing. You’ll get the support you need to tackle that project and crush it!

 

 

ONSITE ORGANIZING & PRODUCTIVITY

In Onsite Organizing sessions, I’m with you live and in person. Together we assess the areas or work organization you want to tackle and come up with a plan, which is either implemented while I’m there or which you’ll implement on your own. Within the Seattle area. Saturday sessions available.

Onsite Organizing/Productivity Assessment and Session

3 hours @ $375.00

We'll review the areas you want to work on and what you want to achieve at the end of the project. We'll then come up with a plan, and then we'll work the plan - it's as easy as that!
